A delegation of the Sindh Newspapers Society met Principal Information Officer (PIO) Mubashir Ahmed at his office today. The delegation was led by the Society’s President, Qazi Shafique Ahmed.

On this occasion, Qazi Shafique Ahmed presented the PIO with “Ajrak,” a symbol of Sindhi culture. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding various issues faced by newspapers published in Sindh. Highlighting these concerns, Qazi Shafique Ahmed emphasized the need for support at the federal level.

PIO Mubashir Ahmed attentively listened to all the issues raised and assured the delegation of their early resolution. He stated that the Federal Ministry of Information and Broadcasting would extend all possible support to address the challenges of local newspapers.
